Kaycee + Randy- Fort Worth, TX Wedding

I had the joy of photographing the wedding of one of my closest friends a few weeks ago in the great state of Texas.  It was a wonderful day filled with love and excitement.

One of the many reasons I love photographing weddings is that every wedding is different.  This one in particular was very intimate, and only their closest family and friends were invited to partake in their special day.  The romantic atmosphere of the gardens helped set the overall mood.  Kaycee's sweet son was part of the ceremony, bringing tears to many over the course of the day.  The reception was a party lasting many hours filled with laughter, conversation, and relaxation for all involved- a sweet conclusion to a beautiful day.

I am so excited for Kaycee and Randy and wish them nothing but the best!!!  Thanks for allowing me to take part in capturing your big day.  Here are just a few of my favorites.  Enjoy!!! 

The Strebeck Family- Lubbock, TX

Getting to photograph a close friend and her precious family while passing through town was so much fun. Who knew that our wedding photographer and I would become such great friends!  

Not only was Brit our wedding photog, but she was also a friend that helped me get through each deployment. Every time Logan left, I would fly back to Texas and  second-shoot weddings with her. She pushed me to become a better photographer and taught me so much that I had forgotten from school :)  Not only was she my mentor, but she was a great friend that was there to help time fly while my husband was gone.  I am so thankful for her friendhship and all the laughter we've shared. 

Brit, Jordan and Coop are about to start a new journey of their own in Boston.  I am so glad timing worked out perfectly for me to capture them in Lubbock before they move. It was such a privilage to photograph a fellow photographer and spend a beautiful evening with friends.  Brit, thank you from the bottom of my heart.  Enjoy Boston!  I hope to visit.
